The Birth & Evolution of Reunion Deli

Reunion Deli opened it’s doors in 2022, after the business “Fresh Basil” was bought, renovated, reimagined and re-opened by partners Jo and Matthew.

Decorated in warm and welcoming colours, with an abundance of plants, artwork on the walls by local artist Kieran White, 200 Degrees Signature Blend Coffee, Bread and some of our bakes from the local ‘The Loaf’ at Crich, and a fresh team of Staff, Reunion was very welcome in Belper!

Before long, the Cafe was featured on Escape to the Country, and BBC Radio Derby for “Derbyshire Day” . We also hosted Presenter and Journalist Jack Tymon who created us a Signature Sandwich that we has on our menu for a month as a Special!

Reunion was also nominated for the Derbyshire Food and Drinks Awards, and was a finalist for the award! (we still got a little trophy - yay)
